The Diary of Fallidir: Homecoming

~Dated 25th of November 5 days after returning to Eriador. Things are not quite the same as I left them, so long ago. Although some things remain constant, like Cymaru being behind the bar in the prancing pony. But a lot has changed. Joy is getting married. The Bree Guard have reformed again, however this time they look promising. And a lot of people I knew have moved on, or dont want to talk to me anymore. One main problem at the moment, after being away for so long money has become very tight indeed, so much so I may run short on the payments on the house soon, so I will need to look for paying work soon, might look into making some jewelery again, if I can get the metal. Then again I could look into a bit of smithing, people always need metal made into ingots. I could always find work as a healer or soldier again, although I am not happy about either of the ideas. As I healer I would feel wrong for charging people to save their lives and I do not want to kill anymore for any army, especially in the north where most of the fights is between the people of Eriador and the men of Angmar. Isilorbor is going to war again in Evendim, I am hoping that with a detatchment of men he will allow me to go to Annunminas and search for some light on what is going on as well. Although I suspect that it would not come without a price, so I suspect I will need to be on hand in the next fight. I also need to think about getting Joy and Drandr a wedding present, but with so little money to work with I suspect it would have to be something I can make myself. So far, my glorious homecoming isnt what I expected it to be, anyway need to get started.
