Background
The Wardens of Ered Luin
The Wardens of Ered Luin spring lightly through the landscape, between the trees and through the shallow streams.
As their graceful company wander through the land they are clad in a light cloth of green and cream, with mantles of a similar fashion. Upon their belts are shiny blades of Elven-make, and upon the brow of their leader lies a circlet of fresh flowers.
Their laughter, songs and spirit hold fast against the encroaching darkness. If you are fortunate to see them - and if they do not mind - make merriment with them at the roadside or amongst the wild.
They watch over the Gateway to the West, a path that all their kin must soon make. Yet it is not uncommon for them to take brief counsel with free folk who are sound of heart and spirit. Listen to them if they speak, they may know more about the path you wish to take...
Kinship House
Those that serve as a Warden of Ered Luin shall take residency in the Kinship House in Falathlorn. The House shall be ran to suit the internal affairs of the Wardens, and since it is maintained and armed, a possible outpost of defense in the West.
One of the main features of the House is the wealthy Library and abundance of maps that may be found. The Wardens also concern themselves with the discovery and preservation of ancient lore, both from the region and beyond...
There will always be a soft bed and a place to rest within the House, Minstrels and Storytellers sing many a weary souls to sleep after days of traveling along the East Road.
