I encountered two men in the Prancing Pony, one of which goes by the name of "Ecullen." Both are part of House Westinner, and were seeking sellswords at the time I approached them (they refused to say why they were looking for mercenaries). However, I have managed to find out many other things concerning them. Here is the information I have gathered on their House:
-House Westinner is led by a man named Lord Athony (almost certainly a nobleman), who is coming to Bree in a few days to greet someone (I think Barren or something was his name).
-The House is based in the neighbourhood of Higborough, located to the south of the Midgewater Marshes. Entry into this area must be granted by their leader.
-The other man, whose name I had not been able to catch, stated that he "did not know who they will be fighting, but they will be fighting someone." He then gave a list of names (of other Houses, I believe): Dawson, Karholt, Raven, Boar. (Although there is no solid evidence that those Houses are their rivals, I believe that it is safe to assume that mention of their name indicates that they must not be on good terms with House Westinner.)
-They have also mentioned the name Karholt several times, not including the one stated above, though for what reason they did not state.
