Entry 9

What an interesting day.  That's all I have to say at this point.  It sort of was all my fault though.  I was spying on the men of Angmar outside of the Homesteads.  They never noticed me until Katlum came up to me.  I had been spying on Katlum under Hardoleth's orders as well.  Anyways, Katlum has problems with one of the men named Saxris for burning down his house and hurting Eylis.  I suppose he wanted to confront them, but he drew their attention to me nonetheless.  Once we were surrounded, the men attacked Katlum and captured me.  Ross found us as I was held on one of the men's horses with a dagger to my throat.  The look on his face tore my heart.  But there was nothing he nor I could do but let the men take me to where ever they wanted.  That's what they did, but they blindfolded me and I couldn't see where.  When they took of the blindfold, I was in some dark house pushed onto a wooden chair.  Then they began to ask me questions about who I was and how I knew Katlum.  I lied, saying that I was a healer who helped Katlum with his wounds, but barely knew him.  I cannot believe they took my word.  I was finally taken to Browne's Folly, where Hardoleth came alone to collect me and take me back to Dawnhall.  Odd, it was just last night Hardoleth told me a long story about his past. Part of me really wanted to talk to him more, but that stupid fear stopped me.  Perhaps what Neyaa says is right, I have a wall I need to take down brick by brick.  I can't just knock it down at once and not be crushed.  Someday I may be able to speak freely without my own constraints, but not yet
