Tywerd and Nadki were at Foundations of Stone after a long riding in the darkness moria . It smelled awful , walls of stone were covered by fungus , ground filled with vomit . This place was surely the most disgusting that both of them has ever seen.
As they rode inside to the Shadowed Refuge , their eyes looked for a traveller figure . All they could see was Iron Garrison standing by campfires while higher ranked guards were discussing battle plans .
As Tywerd and Nadki passed through the guards , tywerd saw a dwarf standing by a campfire . The dwarf looked worried , and his hands were shaking . Tywerd dismounted and walked to the worried dwarf . Nadki was watching tywerd on his goat , trying to understand what he was doing . Tywerd on the other hand asked to the dwarf :
Tywerd : " Good day Friend , What is wrong ? "
Dwarf : " I . . . " the dwarf was trying to keep his hands still as he shook.
Dwarf : " I have sent the traveller who came here earlier to slay the leader of the nameless , by the order of my captain .. He should have been back by now and I am worried about him . "
Tywerd : " Worry not , My friend . Where is he now , we will find him . "
Dwarf : " I am not sure .. " the dwarf looked to his right , and pointed the hollow leading deeper in to the ground " He went down from there "
Tywerd thanked the dwarf for the informations he had given . He looked at nadki , nadki understood and dismounted . Tywerd and Nadki walked down by the stairs embed around the hollow as it goes down . Nadki held a lantern , to see their path in the darkness of Foundations of Stone . They followed a path that lead forward . As they walked through narrow paths , they have seen arrows struck on the necks and chests of the nameless creatures .
They entered what looked like a cave , upon their entrance they saw an elf , fighting off creatures coming on him . Tywerd and nadki charged to save him . Tywerd struck a nameless behind the elf who was about to strike the elf . And nadki jabbed his axe in the skull of a creature . As the nameless fell before them , a big creature came out of a path , blocked by webs . The creature charged towards them , with anger of no match . It stroke the ground where the elf was , but the elf evaded his attack . Nadki quickly threw a throwable axe on It's shoulder , causing it to scream in pain . Tywerd , at that moment , charged towards the creature , jumped on It and stabbed It in the heart . The creature fell on the ground in pain . Tywerd pulled his sword from It's chest and sheathed his sword . He turned to the elf standing next to him and gave him a quick look .
The elf was wearing a green sleveless leather shirt with green leather pants . His fingerless gloves were also green , and his boots in the colour of wood . His quiver was elven made , and also in the colour of wood . Tywerd looked at his eyes and asked :
Tywerd : " You should not have came here alone .. "
Maerdal : " Luckily , I had friends .. I am Maerdal of Lothlorien "
Tywerd : " I am Tywerd , and this is nadki "
Nadki : " Nice to meet ye "
Maerdal : " Thank you for .. saving me . "
Tywerd : " You are welcome . We were actually here to ask your help . "
Maerdal : " Alright .. Let us talk on the road . "
They walked back to the shadowed refuge from the same path . The dwarf who feared for the elf's life was now relieved . The dwarf ran to his captain to give him the news .
On the road to the Water Works , Tywerd and Nadki explained everything to Maerdal about their journey . Now , they only needed to meet Lastwyn , and end the watcher in the water ..
