Back to Evendim -
This is my last trip to Evendim, to meet with my leader. I need to tell him that I'm pregnant and I want to stop to work for him and his company.
To live like an assassin means you couldn't know when will you die, when will you lost everything you have. You live in a trouble all time and need to hide, move and keep your eyes on everybody.
I promised to Blince I will stop it and now, when I know we will have a child I really want to stop my assassin life.
I stopped at Bullroarer's Sward on my way. I needed to take some rest before I head to Tinnudir. I was sitting under a tree near the camp and I lost into my thoughts.
As always I thought about Blince. We are close to be married and have a family together what a little scares me. I love him more than my life, that's why I'm on that trip to my leader. I never thought I could stop to be an assassin for anybody, but he is the man who deserves my attention in my whole life. He isn't perfect at some point, but perfect in my eyes. I accepted his past, his children and that sometimes he would find other women's company. I'm not perfect too and he loves me, so I hope I deserve him too.
I turned my attention to the camp when I heard somebody screams. I jumped up fast and grabbed my bow, hold it in my hands and walked towards the scream. I saw there two men and a woman. I hide behind a tree and watched them for some moments. One of them tried to rape that girl and the other one stood around the camp to watch if somebody is coming there. I moved towards them fast and pointed at them with my bow, I asked them to stop whatever they are doing. One of them ran towards me with a dagger in his hand, but he stopped when I started to tighten my bow. He moved back slowly and after I told him, he throw away his dagger. The other one didn't stop to hurt the woman, I asked him three times,waited for some minutes, when I thought...
"No, I won't kill him. I need to stop it."
...but I did. I used my bow and the arrow flied towards him and drilled into his neck. He fall on down on the woman and the other man just ran away. I walked to the girl, asked her if she is fine. She was so scared and asked me if she could join me on my way to Tinnudir. I said yes to her.
Now we are traveling together to Tinnudir, but still with the thoughts in my mind about...
"Yes, I will stop it!"
