This noticeboard is found within the Bree Jail near the entrance. Here, members of the Watch can post notices for other watchers (and nosey visitors) to see.

The noticeboard is fairly new, and seems to be well looked after. It is framed by neat wooden planks, and covered with a great mass of parchments. Amongst them are quite a few different notices; warnings to the watchers about misbehavior, new rules in the Watch and advertisements for upcoming events.
