Plea for justice

I, Belethui of the House Bregion. Dor-Hallas, Gondor.

Hereby plea to the thane of Aldburg, and the Reeve/Ealdorman of the Eastfold to bring justice. And punish him who sought to steal from me and my trusted companions.

Halva son of Hale has been caught stealing from our encampment. He has been seen doing so by my associate Feod, and myself. 
He held in his hands two swords of our making, and two dozen of arrows.
He had clad himself in the robes of my kindred, which he had also stolen.
In his possessions we also found a silver locket, stolen from the grave of one of my bravest and most loyal servants who lost his life defending Rohan valiantly against the Orcs of Mordor.

Halva has been brought to the thane of his village to be held prisoner there.
Lady Wulfreda, regent of Folcburg shall bring him to Aldburg for his trial.

I plea for a punishment severe enough to prevent him from ever stealing from the defenders of the realm again.
