It is heartening to see your House rally under your restored lordship, and to see many step forward to join your ranks. Ever have we Eldar desired the companionship of our betters, and to band together against the forces of darkness which yet stir again in these lands. May this letter find your House strong and well-content under your command.
It has come to my attention that Uilossiel Limmairë, assistant scholar in the Library of Imladris, has elected to join herself to your House. She has also informed me of her intent to take the Oath of allegiance to Bar-en-Vanimar. As you may know, she has been conducting research in Lindon for several years, and is recently returned upon completing her assignment there. However, circumstances have arisen in her research, which I am supervising, that necessitate her return to Lindon for several rounds of the moon. She will be departing for Lindon with a company of scholars and a sizeable escort in a fortnight.
I request your consideration of her circumstances, and forward to you her petition to postpone the oath ceremony until she has returned. Uilossiel has proven to be naught but a capable and intelligent student while under my supervision. She has expressed a desire to return in time to take her Oath, before any restrictions imposed by your House for new members arise. I trust that her errand to Lindon will not delay her entrance into your worthy House overlong, and that you will be understanding of her duties to the Library of Imladris, of which I am the head.
