After encountering another of the concerned visitors in bree, who witnessed a scuffle between Constable Aegrandor and the wanted criminals known as Goldgel, and Garton Hawkwing. I eventually cleared up his misconception about what had happened, and he offered a lead for a possible case in Bree. It may involve theft, or sales on the black market. Perhaps both. It sounds as if the story involves a complicated romance. Apparently it involved a large red ruby.
Witnesses statement: " Gentlemen wore a long white cloak had a black goatee and pale skin. All I could get, the lady I could not get a description of cause her back was to me. They were arguing about it. The lady didn't want to take it and he said, "I want to prove I can take care of you...we cannot be together cause of circumstances, but I promised."
