A woman reported a crime to me Watcher Ashard, at the bar of the Prancing Pony in. She said a girl by the name of Eillyne had been raped by a man named Oldur some months ago. The citizen also said that recently, Eillyne had been brutalized and kidnapped by the same Oldur with assistance from an unidentified woman. The citizen reported that Eillyne has a cousin named Aellwenn Estellin, apparently a noblewoman of a foreign land. Perhaps the cousin would be a good place to start.

This noble woman is slightly familiar to me, as I dealt with House Estellin during my time as a constable. I believe I've met this Eillyne once or twice. Blind if I recall, we need to catch this laggard swiftly.
