This letter won't be shown to any eyes beyond that of the Watch members IC-ly for investigation purposes.
This letter was sent to myself, it is the work of the notorious Bree Town Ripper. His atrocious acts have terrorized Bree in the past, and I don't wish it to continue. All eyes and minds should be intended on locating information regarding the recent victim, all of his associates, and his last known visited locations. The victim may be utterly random, or very involved with the suspect. It has proved difficult to decipher in the past.

Investigation Report: Recurring Evil : Update 1
The corpse of Larinvel was discovered some time ago, the case is now under investigation by Constable Aegrandor, and Watcher Ashard. We are still in the process of discovering who exactly all of his known associates and enemies are, we do however know that he has previous conflict with House Thaladuin. Particularly the head of the house, Gerwolf Thalanduin. While we do not suspect that the house is involved with the murder, it may do well to question them if the opportunity arises, to see whom all was involved with the conflicts between them to perhaps gain a broader set of leads to follow.
The night earlier, a woman by the name of Zurich came in to report information on an old murder case as well as to inform us she knew Larinvel more personally.
While she had little information to offer about Larinvel himself, we know he is an ex-gang member of Indignation which will provide more clues as to who might be targeting him. This may after all, merely be a copy-cat killer using the Ripper to lead us into a
dead end for the case.
Witnesses statement:
" I didn't witness this one. Nor saw the body. But I know someone who I think did witness the Ripper. Sarriya, a young girl. Her Father-figure was murdered, Gerfor of The Bloody Dawn. He was a victim of the Ripper." ~ Zurich

Investigation Report: Recurring Evil: update 2
After Gerwolf's arrest, he revealed some more bits of information regarding the Ripper case. Apparently, there are multiple Rippers on the street. This was not unexpected however, copycat killers are quite popular once a particular figure gains fame.
This particular copycat killer, Gerwolf himself fought off in the past. This is his official statement on the matter, as far as the suspected 'Authentic' Ripper case on Larinvel goes, there is no new leads beyond the gang he was a member of. Indigation. Gerwolf has provided us with a name to match the following description. Balthen.
Witnesses Statement:
" By height. He is no taller then 6 feet three. By build, he is muscular. Dark hair, seems to favor facial hair similar to my own. He is lithe, even in heavy armor. One well accustomed to gutters and the like. I have clashed with him before, in the Hedge wall itself inf act. I was defending myself. He lost a finger in the process. But that is but one man. With this Ripper. There is clearly a link between the victims. He targets women, women of whom are alone, easy targets if I may." ~ Gerwolf.

Investigation Report: Recurring Evil: update 3
A new ripper victim has been found near the lowbanks estate just before the entrance to the beggars alley. A local worker, he has been cut into pieces and was strung up onto a wooden post. The symbol of the ripper scrawled on the nearby statues shield. This killing was more improvised an risky than those of previous times.
I have deduced that he hid inside of the buses, and pounced on the most opportune victim as they passed by. And thus proceeded with the mutilation.

Investigation Report: Recurring Evil: update 4
Not unlike how she had before Yisabelle would likely discover a small letter concealed amongst the abundant paperwork stacked on her desk, the small yellowish parchment folded neatly through the center, concealing the cursive writing within. When peeled open, a viscious blood red ink had been penned across the center of page.
Captain Yisabelle Blackboar has found yet another letter... though this time with a much, more intrigued perspective about it.
I will continue to study this and find us new leads, whatever is to happen is soon and we must be on our best efforts.

Another ripper Killing occurred.
Body layed down on chest, feet hoisted up over his ears and held in place against the side of his head with piano wire - back was broken in order to achieve this - throat was then slit whilst victim was still alive and eyes were subsequently removed following his death.
Location: Scholar's Walk next to the Reflection pool between the two Boar statues.

Clues: A foreign drop of blood a distance away from the scene of the execution - more than likely belonging to the Ripper

Unlike all of the other obscure envelopes stuffed away discreetly amid a pile of complaints, this one stood out, it sat perched upon Yisabelle's desk, a surface that had been cleared, the regular complaints discarded, leaving only this malicious envelope, Blackboar's name signed in the usual self-congratulating calligraphy upon the initial surface. IT was undoubtedly from the Bree-town Ripper.
It has been revealed that our own Medic, Doctor Praesule has turned out to be the Ripper. He shall be hunted down and captured with utmost urgency.

And so, another note has been received from the Ripper. The dots, the code for some location. The information will not not been acted on, until proper procedure and investigation can take place.

The Bree Town Ripper HAS BEEN CAPTURED.
Doctor Praesule, has been captured on the property of a Citizen named Dieudonnae Hughes.
With assistance from the Sellswords' under employ of Dieudonnae, the ripper was located within one of her homes. There he was put under arrest.
The following is a briefing of what occurred.
Captain Yisabelle approached the suspect when he collected a weapon, and showed no interest in coming peaceably. Thus, the Captain drew her weapon and attempted to detain the suspect.
He evaded her blow, and killed one of the Sellswords' assisting Captain Blackboar, tripping the other.
Attempting yet another strike, which the Ripper managed to evade Captain Blackboar witnessed him be struck by an arrow in the left shoulder. The ripper then attempted to approach Dieudonnae and her Sellsword, thwarted by a pouch of caltrops scattered by the Captain.
And then, a lengthy battle was fought between the Ripper and the Captain herself. Baring blade to blade, and muscle to muscle. In the end the two found themselves wrestling for the upper hand, when the Sellsword whom was tripped awoke.
The Ripper shoved away the Captain, and grappled the Sellsword. rendering him paralyzed via a stab into the spine, followed by a slit throat.
Captain Blackboar proceeded to fight with the Ripper after, until she managed to stab him in the gut and give the archer an opportunity to fire again. Shot down once more, in the opposite shoulder. The ripper was left unable to fight further, and bleeding out.
Captain Blackboar gave the wounds a field treatment, and brought in the suspect to jail.
The Bree Town Ripper will terroize Bree no longer. Special thanks and credits to those who lost their lives in assisting the capture of the Ripper.
Namely, Dieudonnae Hughes and the Sellswords in her employ for revealing the safe house of the Ripper. And assisting to arrest him.
