CASE STATUS: Solved.
A man by the name of Bill, apparently bad-mouthed a woman in the prancing pony y the name of Eylis and Verbally assaulted her.
While he did not threaten her life or threaten any bodily harm to her, such was supported by the following witnesses: Nellye, Anadryt, Scarlet, Lore, Bill, Eylis, Watcher Ashard.
He was slapped by the woman Scarlet, Bill then punched Scarlet. I'm unable to arrest either of them however, because Bill was provoked by Scarlet, and Scarlets assault is too small a charge to arrest for.
A man walked about the jail the entire questioning complaining about the watch. I'll have to take note of his name at a later date.
In the end, all parties were released without further trouble. I'd like an eye kept on the individuals involved when around them, to ensure nothing further arises.
