Today we went into the mines along with some Dwarves from the Durin's Folk Trading Company, the Dourhands had spread in there too. It makes one wander how do they manage to keep control of such places when the rest of the Dwarves are around. At least we managed to drive them out, even for a little bit, so that we would search the mine.
We got lucky or unlucky, depending on how one sees it, the Dwarves and Rogue found a wall immediately and after pulling a lever it opened. Mynna and Thorlaen were the unlucky ones to slip down the path due to a trap. All that sound made the Dourhands aware of our presence and we had to run after them. We all got in a hole in the ground where we fought, as we were fighting some strange sounds could be hard and soon it became clear. Those damn Dwarves managed to trap us in there by throwing a rock in a the corridor we had just passed and fled. We were safe for the moment, so we had to search for the riddle...
Rogue saw something on a vase and we followed it, on that vase Mina found an incsription on a piece of it and the search for a path outside started again. The sound of more rocks made us go to the main hole where we found a torch, that torch showed us a torrent of air which led us outside.
In the camp Mina read the inscription: Where road of kings end, where water stone bends and everwatching four stand. It was a line of meaning and confusion, but after some moments we realized what it means, the Greenway and the Norbury Gates... That foul place, Fornost! We passed almost through it and now we have to get there again, with a little bit of luck it will be our final stop and there we will secure the artifact from the Enemy. So far we were safe, but we were one step ahead of them, what will happen when we get back I do not know, but we'll find out soon. No rest for Wanderers, said Mina, she's right, there is no rest for us, but soon all this will end... Soon...
