Forsaken Inn, an intriguing and odd place with all sorts of people, others with doubtful alignment and others who just do their jobs as merchants, travelers and more. All seek shelter here since it's the only inn for many leagues and danger lies both in and out of the inn. Tonight I passed the night in the Forsaken Inn and I will probably stay here for more days, we have to find out something here. Sparrow and Arthasdir saw a large for of orcs moving about and around the hills and Deorgast spoke of rumours that merchants and sellswords are disappearing.
People disappear, sellswords het hired and leave and merchants constantly travel, but I don't like the word disappearing. Sellswords may die in battle and their remains will be found one way or the other, especially if they have to do with orcs. Merchants travel and leave a trail behind them and have a destination. Our primary concern is the orcs but being here we may as well make inquiries about the missings.
Rothrian and I rented a room here as bounty hunters, we will use the Forsaken Inn as a base for the investigations, the patrons will know the rumours and they have surely seen one thing or two around. And we can easily set out to the Northern parts of the land to keep an eye on the orcs and their doings. Soon Arthasdir and Sparrow will be here as well, we won't show that we know each other and try to learn things under secresy. Rogue, his lover and his daughter will be here as well to help, he turned it into a family matter it seems... We will see...
I forgot how it is when the sun comes out in these lands, the brow ground starts becoming golden as the sun rises and the wind gradually becomes hot. The time to work is coming, I better go back in and take some tea, I hope it won't be as horrible as the ale or I wil lbe forced to start my day with whiskey from my flask...
