Diary,
Celondim is quiety , peaceful, however there are problems all around Ered Luin and my instinct says they are not natural. It might be good for me to investigate. My feet have grown tired of sitting, my lute tired of the same boring songs, my arm tired of no challenges. Therefore I set forth in the wilderness to write my own songs, find my own challenges and walk my own way.
I set camp somewhere to the north-west of Celondim, in a valley at the base of Ered Luin,in Falathlorn. North of here, at the end of the valley, I heard that goblins and wolves have been becoming a problem lately. Maybe I should find my way there and attempt to slay some of these pests.
At the end of the valley, things become more interesting, it appears that there is a small forest and a large grove, where the goblins have set a small camp. They are constantly fighting the wolves, as they are apparent enemies. Night is approaching and with it come problems. I can hear the wolves circling around my campsite , here, in the valley. While there is no apparent response from the goblin encampment I should be careful. i don't want to be overwhelmed if they decide, suddenly, to investigate this location.
I would write no more for it might be dangerous and am not willing to be caught of guard.
