Light has an Aura

((taken from Undomion's perspective))

Light can only be seen; no one can hear, smell, or taste it. The only time it would be possible to hear light is if it were an Ainu unclad. Well, that would certainly add a lot more blind elves to the list…But no, there is no other way people can sense light.

At least for most people.

Light has an aura. No, not including that one can sense the warmth it brings. One can simply sense it, and is drawn to it. Would someone really want to be in darkness, or around someone with a…dark nature? I certainly fit the latter…though that is a result from a greater dread.

Elrond Half-elven has certainly preserved the Noldorin culture in his vale. But has he ever seen the light of Valinor? The Trees? Yes, he might be a descendent of Melian…Yes, a powerful elf-lord. Imladris I am sure still stands as beautiful as it was the day I left for war, yet it has not the light to be easily drawn to…at least for the rare Noldor that I belong to, that have seen true light.

True light: light that you desperately want to be in at all times; an unquenchable thirst for it (Húna Ungoliant! A fair end that thou deserved for thy crime!). Ever desiring for it...Hope.

Artanis is not named ‘lady of light’ for nothing. She at least has seen the same that I have seen…Lothlórien, even outside the fair Caras Galadhon, that sense of tranquility, beauty...

This is a true art of the Elder Days.

Light that spreads from the source...For those in these woods, Lothlórien to them is like Fëanor and his Silmarils.
