9 Thrimidge. Home, Bree-land.

Penned in precise and evenly lined sentences, a blank page near the middle of a slightly scuffed, top-grain leather journal is newly inscribed. If one were to flip past the filled pages to the very beginning, one would find the first page titled with: Bernie Tweed, Bree-land followed by a series of odd symbols.

Rethrone queen of hive #3. Glad it was caught before the hive failed.

Still seeking services of a glassblower or potter for honey jars. Seems the trade is not as common as before.

 Need new wellwater bucket too.

º The silence of no festival is wonderful.

≡ Went out to the pond to look for my lucky bobber late last night. Imagine my surprise when I saw Miss Indoril out there as well in some kind of fancy elfin dress! Had to have made that a right mess without proper waders. Carried some tiny carved box in her hands, again speaking of her 'mission.' Not sure if she is fully well in the head, but what a pretty little head it is. Could have sworn she nearly glowed in the moonlight.  Also got my lucky bobber back, albeit with some scuffs and cracks. Anyway, walked her back to her inn room at the Pony. Mentioned she played music, so managed to get her to agree to come round the house for dinner and to play. The lucky bobber might not have worked on the fish, but it worked on the elf! What do elfs eat?
