The Warband gathered at the appointed time at the Halls of the Warband at the request of the leader of the band Elisbeth. Khalis watched as the Chosen Warriors entered the hall and exchanged greetings and talked about their own adventures. In time Elisbeth quietened down the assembly. She discussed the recent endeavours of the warband praising the abilities of the
She then turned to Helegion one of the Megil,Neth who was beginning to settle down within the warband. The Officers were agreed that now was the time to test the potential of this new candidate to the warband.
Elisbeth spoke of the area of southern Eregion where the library of Tham Mirdain can be found. Helegion was told of the time when Lord Elrond, before the library fell to the invaders took all the lore he could gather back to Imladris. But now it seems the servants of Sauron had a renewed interest in the place.
His task was to gather two companions from the warband and explore the structure seeking to find clue as to what the enemy may be seeking there. Word had reached the council of Imladris that a known Orc commander had also taken to using the structure as his head quarters, and that he had two commanders Piztor, and Unudhu. The Council wish to warband to take the opportunity to strike down this Orc Chieftain Gursh.
And so Helegion’s mission was laid out before him….now all that remains is to wait and see
