Once again she found herself with numerous questions. Her mind would simply not be silent. The girl had been in the Prancying Pony attempting to blend in every chance she would get. However, no matter how hard she tried. She saw the gazes of others, the look of either carelessness or inquisitiveness. She was losing her touch today, the less questions she received, the better. Everyone in town seemed to be running from something, Bree-lander and foreigner alike. There was no peace in her mind or heart. Either she'd count the days, until things returned to what she considered 'normal' or she'd actually find safety. She wasn't helpless, she escaped many times before. It just was a matter of when and how, should she fall into the old man's clutches again. Darkness fell and she left hustle and bustle of Bree's most famous tavern and slipped off into the night. An unwise choice, perhaps, but she longed to make use of what time she had to freely wander. Heaven only knows, when she'd finally be able to belong to herself.
