Not Sparring for Once

A woman came to the Boar asking to join The Black Steel. As Fiontann wasn't there, Gaeded talked to the woman instead. Her name is Lheuwen and she is from the Stonedeans, where mixed eorling and dunlending hertitage is prominent, though the woman seems to mostly identify as a dunlending, but tries to avoid the tensions that it causes. Gaeded accepted her into the company, trying to ignore her biases, thinking that she should blame the man who scarred her, not all dunlendings. It turned out that Sigfread knew Lheuwen and decided to spill the woman's life out in front of Gaeded, Athlenah, Caithryth and Boreon. Gaeded managed to stop Sigfread from embarassing Lheuwen any further and decided that, as she herself couldn't spar Lheuwen because of her injured ankle, that Sigfread would instead. They all went to the training hall and the two sparred, Gaeded watching closely. Athlenah stood by her and asked who the current Huntsmaster is - which is Cerriel - and then told Gaeded that she wanted the position for herself. Gaeded told her she'd have to work hard for it.
