Log 3: Entry 6

Mister Maddoct has returned from his journey, it was pleasant to see him again. He tells me that he'll be making another journey later, although it is uncertain when.

    * Talk to miss Fletcher about making a map.

The interaction between mister Bíld and mister Maddoct continues to confuse me. At times, it's like watching a young man around a pretty girl. I had my suspicions after I learned about the dwarven females, but  mister Bíld has assured me of his gender.
Mister Maddoct has been instructed not to "look at Bíld wrong". I'm not certain what this means or why it's come up, but I feel like my mind is running in circles trying to understand these two. I may have to try and read up more on their culture and social behaviors.

    * Talk to miss Rosewood about visiting the library in Bree

There's still been no word from any family of miss Prudance. Bíld has offered to ask around in town. I've gotten a few names out of the woman that may help locate her family, if they aren't already searching. Bill, Lisa and Merril, with luck, we'll be able to locate at least one of them and have them come and escort miss Prudance home as well as inform them of her condition.

While the woman is here, I've decided to put one of father's old theories to the test. Going through his old notes I've found some mention of pipeweed and its possible medical properties.
I've spent a few weeks studying and examining the pipeweed I bought, however I haven't tested the blend on the patient before now. A portion was prepared and she it was given to her to smoke.
Within five minutes the woman had relaxed and her rest tremors calmed, she fell asleep soon after. I'll have to adjust the portion and further experiment and see the results. This could be a possible treatment for the Shaking Palsy, perhaps a cure.
