I've been real busy as of late, haven't had much time to just sit down and gather my thoughts. I've mostly been worried, with Sorrel being sick again and I don't know where Kabe's gone off to. I think he's laying low, I'm not quite sure. I'm pretty positive that some batshit crazy lady was obsessed with him, so maybe he's hiding from her. We don't go over much of his personal life, though. I can't imagine being that desperate for a man's attention though, I gotta say. Must suck.
As much as I don't like the thought, I think I may have to sell the bracelet that Kabe got me. I didn't want to, I wanted to keep it as a gift, but I've got to get Sorrel to a healer soon. And I'm pretty certain that Kabe would be more angry with me if I didn't sell it for coin and let Sorrel get sicker. We'll see. I hope he comes back to Bree soon. I did meet someone new, a fellow named Hawk. He's in the same business as me, but I think he does other stuff too. He's a very feminine looking man, but I find him right cute. I think we'll be good friends.
Tomorrow I've got to run down to the market and pick up some things, and maybe while I'm there I'll see about finding a healer. Piper sent me a letter to her Harvestmath Ball, but I won't be able to go that day. Hopefully there's a real good turn out though, and maybe it'll start drumming up some good business for her.
