Self Portrait
The self portrait of Wyck stands out a little from the rest of the items in the scrapbook. Whilst drawn with his regular spidery hand, the portrait sits on a expensive papyrus. The ink is fine, and the colours are rich - probably professionally made and bought at market. On the back there's a short snippet of text.
I stopped briefly in Rivendell on my way to Hollin, where the wanderers had last been spotted. The elves make exquisite colour from earthen pigments, and the mirror in the Hall of rest was clear as a still surfaced pool - so I took the chance to immortalize my handsome head in a drawing.
