All Wrong

Wrong. This was wrong. Why was she drinking something she enjoyed? It wasn't fair.

Not fair to drink when they could no longer taste beverages which they enjoyed.

It was wrong. Why was she eating? Why did she feel her teeth piercing a perfectly baked, buttery roll? Owena would no longer be baking any.

All wrong. Why did she close her eyes and bask in the sunlight as she lay on a soft bed of grass? Why did she savour the feeling of the rays warming her delicate cheeks, when she knew...Sewyn would no longer feel the sun on his face.

Lissilana felt no right to pleasure. To life. Yet she continued to live.

Everything felt so wrong.
