As Wisterhya prepares for her travel to Buckland, she sits down to write a handful of letters to her closest friends, who perhaps would miss her presence the most.
Letter 1:
Dear Arindiis
I am leaving Bree for three days, so we cannot meet as we usually do. Be safe, take care of your family. I will see you soon, my dear.
Well wishes and love,
Wisterhya Rosethorn x
Letter 2:
My darling Laendra Sparrow,
Our caravan is leaving in two days' time for a trip to Buckland, and I simply wanted to wish you well in your endeavours.
I will be in Buckland for three days, as I am required to help my father and brother in a negotiation. It's quite a critical deal, in fact, as I'm sure you've also experienced in the past - being a leading woman of your business. It is quite wide-ranging, and covers many changes as well. I shall not bore you with a long letter, as I believe you've a babe to care for.
My mum's crocheted a blanket in lambswool, dyed blue and white. I will have a worker deliver it to you, or come by myself. I've yet to decide. I'm planning on cooking up a casserole for you and your family when I'm returning, as I believe you may find it useful. If you've any preferences for its content, write me back.
All the best, darling.
Wisterhya Rosethorn
Letter 3
My dear darling Derosyn
It has been quite some time since you and I spoke! Have I upset you? Have you been too busy with that Buderick? I've yet to hear anything of your developing relationship, though I am overly eager for this.
As you know, Buderick is coming along with us for our trip to Buckland here very soon. We leave Friday. I suspect he will bring home a gift for you from the Shire, as he is going to visit some relatives or friends or something in Stock. I overheard him and Milo discuss good gift ideas for their lasses, and while I almost interjected, I decided against it.
To the extent I have time; I will try and get you a little attention-gift also, though I've yet any idea of what. I'm aware Buckland is not a place for fine markets, however, I will be on the look-out for something you would enjoy. So if I HAVE done something to upset you, which I fear I have, I will hopefully mend whatever bond I've broken!
All my love,
Wisterhya Rosethorn
Letter 4
Darling Kelynn
If I do not see you before I leave, then here is a small note with my regards! I am beyond excited to show off my hair pin to the fine folk of Buckland, moreover, I feel perfectly ready to impress - granted your encouragement.
I cannot wait to return to enlighten you with the various exciting happenings during our trip.
It is going to be much fun, riding my pony, Primrose Attersby Crystalmane, once more to this gathering. I've not been upon her back for almost a year - I will be quite sore by the end of it all.
Take care of your business, my darling, and keep up your steady development. I am so eager to see you prosper.
Yours truly,
Wisterhya Rosethorn
