A letter from Harlindon

Upon one early summer morning, Morenwenna took a step outdoors from her enclosed, and dim halls. She looked all around every nook and cranny; the sun gleaming, the rustling of fauna, the sparkling water of the fountain and the birds singing in perfect harmony. Morenwenna proceeded to take a further step, only to feel the texture of thick paper and a sort of steel object on her barefoot. Puzzled, she lifted her foot to find a letter.

Upon close inspection, the envelope was royal blue with slight prints of sea waves and gold Tengwar markings were written 'Dunnedel'. Morenwenna knew that it must have been an official letter since her birth name was written. There was also something made of steel inside, but it was unclear what the object was.

Eager and curious to find out, she gently slit open the envelope with her long and maintained nails. The first thing to come out of it was a swan-decorated gold key with such intricate detailing of gold waves. Confused as to why someone would send such a key to her, Morenwenna quickly checked the other contents of the envelope. She found an ivory letter with pearlescent reflects.

The letter stated:

Dear Dunnedel,

We are writing to you to inform you that your dear maternal grandparents, Laegron and Haeriel, who have sailed West during mid-May of this year, in accordance with their will, wish to pass down the ownership and land of their household within our estate to you directly.

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to our headquarters in Aglombel, north of the Harlindon coast, to fill out the final documentations and maintenance checkups of your newly inherited household.

Within the letter, your personal key is enclosed. Upon your arrival, you may view the house; both interior and exterior and inspect for any faulty or damaged furniture, equipment and building. In the will of your grandparents, we have not moved in new or removed existing furniture.

We are expecting you.

Sincerely,
The Housing Authorities of Aglombel
