Búkk, expert farmer, and his "sprout" Ibrizakt.
It's kind of weird: If you go to Celondim or the Shire or Bree, the farmhands have names. In Thorin's Hall, they're just called "Farmhand." Applecider wouldn't have that, though, so I named him Búkk, after the horticulturally enthusiastic Dwarf in Tharâkh Bazân, who sends you to look for plants and things. Maybe he did a stint there.
With any luck, he can pass on some insight to a fat Hobbit ....
