I am hoping that this letter can reach you! I found tonight that some of my friends in Bree are making way to the hidden valley soon and I asked if they could bring a letter. Beri and I will be heading east ourselves soon but we do not know the way into the hidden valley, as Frimsi was the one to show us the route last time, so I cannot bring it myself. So it is an opportunity to seize upon!
Beri and I are very grateful about the work you did to clean the curse from the Elf-stones. We have had no lingering traces of the curse or any other problems. I do not know if the stones retain their power to seek each other out, since we have not really been separated by more than a few miles or for more than a few days since. We recently journeyed to Lumi-mâ so she could meet my family and soon we make east for the way to the Vales so I can meet hers, and then if they approve of me, and once we choose where to live, we will marry. I think it will likely be near, but not in, Bree, where we can visit both her and my family.
We have not set a date, though. When that comes, I said I would invite you to come, but I do not know how serious it was that you might! How could I send word to you? There are not many times that I know someone is going to the valley, and knows the way!
