Pipeweed Chronicles; Part 1-Homestead/Kinhouse

Our homestead consists of one Kinship house and one Deluxe house.  They are located in the Shire Homesteads in the neighborhood of Weedhallow.  The kinship house is located at 5 Harrow Road and the deluxe house is located at 6 Harrow Road.  That area of the neighborhood is rural with farm structures and farming fields located throughout.  

Kinship house (5 Harrow Road) has 5 rooms:  Radvat's sleeping quarters;  Glangam's sleeping quarters;  Lannith & Agago's sleeping quarters; foyer/meeting room; Parlor: {which consists of:  several comfortable & cozy sitting arrangements, a fireplace, band performance & party area, dining/kitchen}

The deluxe style burrow (6 Harrow Road)has 3 rooms.   Pozee's sleeping quarters; large parlor; small kitchen

The Kinship house has 4 permanent residents:  Purple Pipeweed Parlor Band which includes Radvat Rokenstein, Agago Longleaf, Glangam Lowlande, and Lannith Celephinneth.  

The Deluxe house has 1 permanent resident:  Pozee Longleaf

Other important guests:  Purkle L. Brothers, from the Purkle Brothers Roadie Service in Wood Hall; our band roadie/assistant who helps with our performance schedules, transportation to performance sites, capturing magical portraits of the band, and their performances, and maintaining and distributing our party supplies of ale, wine and pipeweed.

Property Description 

Outside the back of the kinship house is boxed in by large cliffs and the facing view contains farmland.  The front and side yard is large and extends far down the cliff face.

 Property is joined to 6 Harrow Road which is Pozee Longleaf's house and property.  This property extends all the way down to the water.  Water comes down the cliff in a beautiful 3 tier waterfall forming a small lake which feeds the creek that runs through Weedhallow.   After Pozee acquired the property the windmill was moved from the kinship house to the edge of the small lake; giving the entire farmstead access to their main water supply.   The wind mill pumps water to Pozee's house and to the Purple Pipeweed kinship house (to their well in the yard).  Across the road are many fields for farming and several barns to house the animals.

Several vegetable gardens are located in the yard of the kinship house during the growing season.  We have a small and a large vegetable garden.  Our chicken coop is also located in the yard. In the spring we have a large mushroom tent down past the chicken coop.  Pozee has a small apple orchard on her property.  One in the yard, and several other trees over the hill by the pond.
