| Outward Appearance | Norenna stands at 6' 0" with a slender and slim frame. She prefers to wear black or dark gray clothing. Her black hair is kept cropped short, but is generally covered by a hood with one side slightly covering one of her dark blue eyes. She wears no jewelry, and despises extravagant adornments. She has a dark, piercing gaze and her mouth is usually set in a frown or tight line. |

Background
Norenna lived in the early days of the kingdom of Nargothrond. She was drawn to forbidden magic and grew dangerous and powerful and developed an immense aura. As a result, she was exiled from her home. Wandering alone, shne grew cold and distant.
She received occasional letters from her sister, Mirawen who would share stories and news of her family still in Nargothrond. When the kingdom fell and she was left alone when her family fled to the West.
Lord Elrond, always keeping a watchful eye on her convinced her to help in the battles of the Last Alliance. She cast protection spells and helped fight against the dark forces. As a result she was able to avoid any further punishment. She now uses her powers for good, in an effort to bring peace to Middle-Earth.
She found solace in Mirkwood, and settled there. She has had no contact with her only remaining kin, until recently when called to the Eriador to help her fight the forces of Angmar in the North.
Norenna does not tolerate fools, and looks down on any who behave as such.
