Before the group assembled, Lady Aelwynna, with her nurturing touch, tended to the children, showering them with affection and care. Captain Belenir joined her, becoming a beloved figure amongst the children of the hill-men. He even took part in a playful sword-fighting session with an eight-year-old boy, gracefully accepting his defeat with a fond smile. The children were thriving; the younger ones seamlessly integrated into Esteldin, forming strong bonds with the rangers. The older children, however, were more reserved, with some expressing a desire for freedom. As the company gathered, they were joined by Gelilthor, a high elf from Meluinen. The Order graciously welcomed her into their fold. In a momentous occasion, Captain Belenir and Thandanar presented the Star of Estel to the Dunedain of Esteldin, with Thandanar eloquently addressing the crowd in Sindarin. Belenir also spoke, reflecting on the historical unification of the Kingdoms of Gondor and Arnor.

Post-ceremony, the Order was introduced to Aric and his team of rangers in Esteldin’s main hall. They would provide leadership until a new Steward was chosen. At that moment, Midhanarth, a wizard and friend to both the Hand of Numenor and Captain Belenir, emerged, expressing his desire to join the company and aid them in their battle against the sorcerer Toragol. The company deliberated on their next steps, ultimately deciding to march towards Tinnundir, despite the fall of the border between Northdowns and Angmar. Three voted in favor, two abstained, and one opposed. Aric assured the company that he would oversee the border and ensure the well-being of the hill-men children, freeing those who wished to leave. With a strategic plan in place, Belenir announced his intentions to march for Evendim and reclaim Annuminas. The hill-children’s futures were discussed, culminating in the decision to leave them in the care of the Rangers at Esteldin. Emotional farewells followed, especially between Aelwynna, Karaion, and Belenir, and the children.
 

On their journey through the Fields of Fornost, the Order encountered a blind seer. Curiosity piqued, they decided to hear what he had to say. Karaion was the first to step forward, and the seer told him, "In the realms of shadow, where secrets lie, a path untrodden, a distant sky. With each step forward, truth shall unveil, Do not let your beacon fall into frail."

Next came Aelwynna, and the seer said, "I perceive two wolves within your heart. You shall need to make a choice sooner than you anticipate, madam. You are delicately poised on the precipice of the mountain. Which wolf will ensure your safety?"
 

Marshal Minaiadan was the third to approach, and the seer spoke, "I see snowy mountains, striped saber tooths, Find the black flower, uncover hidden truths."

Finally, Captain Belenir sought his prophecy. The seer looked into his future and declared, "The lost seed is yet to be found, truths will be unfurled, Ready yourself, Grey Captain... for the future unfolds, don't slumber in this world."

The mysterious figure then departed, leaving the Order to ponder his words. Some found their inner conflicts reflected in his prophecies, while others received riddles portending future events.
Time passed, and the Order eventually arrived at Tinnundir, across the lake from Annuminas. They observed a Gondorian ship unloading cargo. Karaion, alongside five of his scouts, volunteered to assist. This sight raised questions, as there had been no prior indication of naval forces or sailors accompanying the army that The Hand of Numenor had dispatched to Tinnundir under the escort of Karaion and Belenir.

In Tinnundir, Anarlosse of Evendim introduced Belenir to Orchalwe, the Steward of Evendim, a man adorned in the attire of an Umbar Corsair—a possible statement of power and defiance. Orchalwe extended hospitality, offering ale and warm food, but Belenir, noting the group's fatigue, opted to defer discussions of strategy to another day.

The Order rested by the waters of Lake Evendim, poised to plan their next strategic move. Meanwhile, Achillenor the Brave, a young and skilled sailor, and currently acting captain of his crew in the absence of their leader, made acquaintances with the Order. He informed them that they were in pursuit of a band of corsairs led by Harzim Dhahab Al Umbrai, a merciless foe. Achillenor, respectful yet arrogant, engaged in verbal sparring with Marshal Minaiadan, leading to a duel. The stakes: the loser would be subjected to a night of stories from Midhanarth the wizard. The duel was fierce, but Minaiadan ultimately conceded defeat. Achillenor, showing respect, assisted him to his feet and expressed his honor in the prospect of fighting alongside him in the upcoming battle. That night, as Minaiadan fulfilled his end of the wager, listening to Midhanarth's stories, the rest of the Order found their rest, their thoughts on the challenges and adventures that lay ahead.
