The Wolf goes missing and old friends reunited.

I was following my mother's trail closely after my own matters were done. Yet I didn't find her. Instead, I found my older brother, Faethuil who claimed that he had seen her before she left Tinnudir with a strange company. Well, strange to me. He was quite satisfied with them somehow. I looked at my brother and told him that we should find mother and get to know that company better before we can be calm, even though our mother was wisest of us. Since the disappearance of our father we kept guarding each other since she returned to the North. He left the city soon after to look for her. I stayed behind for a while then decided to ask about their destination around. Maybe other rangers knew more than we did. This seemed to work well as this was how I found out they left towards Ost Forod, in the Northern Reaches of Evendim. So close to where she was born. This must've had an impact on her. I followed the trail to hopefully find them there but as I arrived I have found only my brother remaining around with some other members of that company. They seemed not to care about mother from my point of view, as when we started to ask around about her no one really seemed interested. Hopefully my brother would learn more from them. After all I was a stranger to them as I met them just now. I seemed to find one gondorian man I met quite nice though. He was very polite to us and seemed genuinely interested in what has happened. His name was Thandanar. After a long talk he left with us towards Tinnudir again. We arrived a few hours later and managed to have a good rest.

A day after I was awoken by a sound of laughter coming from outside my tent. It seemed that one more of those we known as children has made it back from the War. I moved closer to them and recognized him in an instant. Arvedain, a man that took care of us when parents first had to leave us. A very good friend and mentor. I was so glad to see him again and I told him that when I hugged him. He never liked hugs, but allowed it that one time, just for the reunion. We talked for a while and shared many stories about our adventures. We were informed soon of another scouting task that needed to be done. Then, a spirit of friendly rivalry seemed to grow among us. Faethuil and I have decided that one who wins the spar will take up on this task while other will remain here and continue the investigation of our mother going missing. We seemed to have both improved much when it came to fighting. It was not an easy task to fight my older brother though. He had a few opportunities to make me yield but in the end it was me who was victorious. Arvedain laughed at us and soon I have said my goodbyes to them and left with the Dunedain scouting party.
