Chapter VI: The Spy

Aranarion informed those who had traveled with him to keep on the lookout for anythign suspicious, and this is what Duilindil did. She grabbed Calemben and Tyrthorn and gave to them the task of rooting out any suspicious activity. They gave cursory glances around the camp, speaking to their kinsmen. Eventually they found a nervous young Ranger, making for Tinnudir keep. He had a new face, one they knew not, so they spoke to other Rangers about them. Calemben and Tyrthorn lingered within earshot while Duilindil approached the young man. After convincing and perceived threats (he is a nervous young Dunadan), he eventually scribbled a note about a man of Bree-folk origin, that he had seen around Tinnudir. He wrote that when he spotted the outsider, the man threatened his family, causing him to maintain his silence about his sighting. Duilindil took the note and left the young boy be, to pass it again to Aranarion so they could search for this foe.
