Some notes

Some goods might be more expensive or cheap around Bree

Luxury goods should be less easy to sell

Land can be cheaper since there is lots of it

Etc

Prices to be used as referance are those between 1200-1400

a mammoth (up to 4 m high)  = ten times the size of a bear

considering a leather armour would take a week to make the leatherworker's fee would be 7*50 = 350 silver the price of the materials should be 600-350 = 250
Considering treated leather is part of that material it might be fair to say

treated leather for 1 armour = around 150-200 silver
