Lanilas "Lanny" Longfellow was a regular lad as everyone was. Living in the Shire, in Hobbiton no doubt. He was born to Marigold and Seradoc Longfellow, respectable fellows, they weren't odd as some folk would say. He was quite a naughty chap in his tweens, playing tricks especially on those Sackville-Bagginses. Oh Lobelia's face turned red when she found out her favorite umbrella was gone. The naughty lad hid it under Sandyman's mill. Oh Ted was accused by Lobelia, and he didn't like it one bit. Needless to say, Lanilas giggled in delight at the chaos he wrought. He even dared to go to Bamfurlong to steal old Farmer Maggot's mushrooms, a favorite delicacy for Hobbits, mind you. Luckily he was not found because he heared Grip and Fang's terrible growls. Scared him stiff. He ran from Bamfurlong and went back to Hobbiton. As time went by his 33rd Birthday was coming. A very important day as it was his Coming-of-Age day. At that day he was no longer a tween but an adult. He still continued his naughty mischief, and he found his hobby for throwing darts, stones and even shooting at the wands. He loved smoking Longbottom leaf, as one would see him on his front porch smoking in the morning. Aside from his mischeif he was entirely respectable and not queer at all. Although Lobelia still thought that Ted stole her favorite umbrella. On Bilbo's 111th birthday or the 'Mad Baggins' birthday, queer he was, living in his parents hole in Bag End, which the, Sackville-Baggins hoped to have. On that day, the queer fellow disappeared from The Shire. Leaving his nephew, Frodo alone. He was 43 then and he chuckled to himself at the Mad Baggins' joke. Then things changed he longed for Adventure like the Mad Baggins did and he got rivers of gold in his hole as reward. He was now 47 and he went away, sneaking and he disappeared from The Shire. He was queer now, no doubt.

Living in Harville at 6 Chalk Road, he loves mushrooms and pies.Tea at three everyday, all are welcome, at least whenever he is not sleeping or thinking of a line or two for a poem. One might see him in the morning watering his trees and plants or taking a mud bath. In all seriousness, he is a joyful and mischievous hobbit.
