The theater needed help and so I helped playing all the characters and watching from the audience as well - throwing rotten fruit and frozen flowers on the worst and best players. The management entitled me the Bard - ha.

Well I don't know about all that - but what I do know is that the Shire NEEDS a yearly Pie Festival. Then I can vote for Pie Queen. My special friend, Honeypie should be Pie Queen, she makes the best pies in all the Shire and she is soooo pretty - prettiest girl in all the shire *sighs*

My cousins, Pavelunderhill and Willtanner are learning more and more songs and teaching um to me. Don't know where they get um all - I suspect some are elvish. There are some elves we have met - Duindeth, Elomar and Glormellon. Perhaps they have taught some of the music.

Why so much fuss over gold and silver when the real value is in pies - I think real money should be pies -- yes sir that will be two slices of pie for that new hat, thank you.

AND - why are so many longshanks running all over the Shire mowing down folks on their Ginormous horses - ponies don't do that ya know.

I need to keep Honeypie safe and she wants to go places and do things that are dangerous so I better go practice my bow and hunting skills now instead of getting writer's cramp scratching in this journal.
