Background
Atheryn was born within the borders of Gondor; though neither of her parents are Gondorian, and she has spent very little time there.
She belongs to a community of traveling crafters and traders who traverse the lands in search of new materials, greater skills and people willing to purchase their wares.
In her childhood and during her teenage years, Atheryn devoted much of her time to learning the trade of her parents - who are both master jewelers and trinket-makers. When she turned nineteen, however, Atheryn decided that she could serve both her parents and her community better by training to become one of the guards who watch over the travelers and their wares; guarding them from thievery and loss, as well as settling disputes wherever they should arise.
She takes great pride in her duty and devotes herself to protecting those in the tight-knit community; remaining ever vigilant against possible threats.
