Vasiln stands an even six feet in height, and walks with the confident stride of an experienced warrior.  He will typically carry a longsword with a strangely shaped blade, a round shield, and sometimes a halberd.  His head is often covered by the hood of his cloak, and his body is protected for travelling by a well-padded hauberk, with leather "plates" sewn into the lining.  At his belt can often be seen a whip, though when he travels in the west he keeps the whip hidden beneath his cloak.

When prepared for combat, Vasiln will wear an Eastern hauberk crafted of metal strips laid one over another to create a sort of breastplate.  Beneath this he wears a light tunic.  For head protection, he will wear a battle mask crafted in his homeland, Rhun, and spiked pauldrons defend his shoulders.
