| Outward Appearance | Ceili holds herself at a surprisingly tall(for a woman of the Bree-lands) five-foot-seven. She's slim, though not wiry, her posture held straight and confident, nearly as properly as a noblewoman may hold herself. Despite such effort to create a demeanor as this, it's obvious something about her body is crippled when Ceili attempts to walk; her left foot drags completely useless as she moves about, often preventing her from travel or consistant movement. She uses a walking stick while going about in aid of the weight.
Her hair is a light brown, red highlights glinting in the kiss of the suns' rays; often pulled up into hand-braided knots around her crown, twisting into the back. Her eyes are a bright green, nearly viridian; the kind of green one might see in a blooming jungle, alive with exotic plants.
Her fingers are long and strong, as needed for she spends much of her time drawing the world around her, or things she'd want to see; recently, an interest in designing dresses has pulled her into practicing needlework, so one might see small pricks about her fingers and palms. |

Background
Ceili was once an adventurous child, bounding around the streets of Bree with little care to the dangers of the city. She'd often be seen being scolded by merchants for trying to scale their marketplaces, shimmying her way up haybales and wagons, atop the stables, and balancing along fences; all whilst envisioning a grand adventure, sticks in hand waved as swords, fallen bark as her shield.
Often she was warned to be more careful, though as a little girl in a world bigger than she'd ever imagine, she gave little heed and didn't believe in the worst of situations. Guardsmen never let her wander past the walls of the city of Bree, though one afternoon, she'd manage to slip past them; bounding across the Greenway, to the river separating it from the Southern fields. Seeing the boulders and stones lining and crossing the waters, it had already become a game to dance and twirl atop them, pretending she was evading arrows and swords, or snatching hands from the depths of the rapids. It'd be that fateful day, barely into her tenth summer, that she'd slip--her footing lost, she'd tumble, foot catching in a narrow crevice in the stone. With a sickening crunch, and a pained scream that'd be heard by the guards about the gate, Ceili would never be able to use her left foot again; never able to dance and dodge, climb and run or jump, confined to a limp for the rest of her days.
