Heolor

Heolor Nimothan
| Name | Heolor |
|---|---|
| Status | Active |
| Occupation | He seems to have coin in abundance, so his occupation is best described as "full time drunkard" |
| Age | Young |
| Race | Man |
|---|---|
| Residence | After being thrown out of his room in the Prancing Pony not long after renting it out a year ago, he has acquired an old estate not far from Bree. |
| Kinship |
| Outward Appearance | Heolor is a tall man. Sharp eyes might estimate him to stand at around 1.90 meters (6'1 ft) tall. He is in good physical condition for his age, but it can generally be described as unremarkable. He has deep black hair that is kept at normal length, although often looking slightly messy. His face is clean shaven most of the time.
Standing in a stark contrast to his deep black hair, his skin is very pale and does not show any signs of hard physical work. Both his clothes and sword come across as expensive and well maintained. His garments are usually flashy. Most would consider them unfitting for a place like Bree. For some reason he always seems to suffer from some form of recent injury.

Background
Background:
He will not speak much of this matter, neither on his own accord nor when pressed by others. It is obvious however that he comes from wealth and still possesses some. Furthermore, the way in which he expects to be treated suggest noble origin, a suspicion which is strengthened by his Gondorian accent. Anything beyond this is left to the imagination. He will not speak of his home in anything but the most vague language and outright refuses to give away more than his first name.
Behaviour and language:
For someone of seemingly noble heritage, his manners will come off as unrefined and underwhelming to most people, particularly those of higher standing. He is a rude man to say the least, giving only few people respect while demanding to be respected by everyone at the same time. He shows no hestitation when it comes to saying negative things about places and people, even when the subject of his critique is still within hearing range.
He bears the stereotypical arrogance and snootiness of nobility, while possessing none of its grace. Sometimes however, he still lets others catch a glimpse of proper courtly manners, suggesting that he did learn them, but decided to leave most of them behind when leaving home.
Should he make use of his voice, an arrogant or demeaning tone often accompanies his speech. When he is sufficiently drunk, he also has a tendency to shout. His demands are always issued in a commanding voice, that does not expect the other party to talk back. His choice of words indicates that he enjoyed an extensive education, standing in stark contrast to his manners.
If anything, however, his behaviour can be described as erratic. Being in some state of drunkenness most of the time, he will often act impulsive and over the top. He might insult people, go off on rants or make empty or ridiculous threats, depending on how much he has had and who is talking to him.
Skills and talents:
After having undergone almost 10 years of training in fencing with the longsword, from the time he was a boy to his early adulthood before leaving home, he would prove to be talented in its use in a more or less sober state.
His reading and writing skills, although utilised sparsely, are as good as one would expect from someone of noble heritage.
He has plenty of experience riding horses.
Recent events:
As it would appear, Heolor has a tendency to attract trouble. One might have heard or witnessed one of several incidents that required the attention of the Bree Watch in some way. Not long after arriving in town, his face is already known to many watchers and his recent injuries speak for themself.
| Friends | He has no proper friends, only a small group of people he finds tolerable. |
|---|---|
| Relatives | He does not disclose much information about his family, but he might say that he has many brothers. |
| Rivals/Enemies | Anyone that disrespects him. |
| Loves | Wine and power over others. |
|---|---|
| Hates | Beggars, thieves, disrespect towards nobility, disobedience, sobriety |
| Motivation | From outside, alcoholism, petty desires for revenge and wanting to live an opulent life seem like his driving forces. |
| Quotes | "Respect the hierarchy!" "Keep your fingers off me, you scum!" "I am not taking orders from /you/ two." |
