Background
Brief History
In essence Farrion is descended from Dúnedain blood. He was born close to Dol Amroth and his parents were both Rangers of the once great kingdom of Arnor in the northern lands of Eriador. Very little is known of his early life as a child, however, he was taught from a very young age the ways of the longbow, longsword, daggers, and all kinds of traps and snares, and the ways of the land by his father.
He is a skilled combat marksman, and his time with the Rangers of Ithilien was spent mostly as the protector of his fellow kin as such. He is also a skilled combat swordsman, again through training with his time with the Rangers. He is an expert Pathfinder, and his teaching of the ways of the lands and his ability of survival in any terrain have made him more than capable of handling himself.
At a young age whilst stationed at Osgiliath, Farrion would regularly be out on patrol. It would be on one such occasion that he would stumble across a group of Corsairs within hiding. One of these would turn out to be his future wife. A young woman by the name of Mayhoni.
Ordered to kill them, for Corsairs had been the enemy of Gondor for many years, Farrion found he could not kill the woman. Allowing the woman to go free, Farrion was tried and relieved of duties by his superiors. He was exiled from Gondor for such an act.
Farrion would later meet up again with Mayhoni and secretly wed her. Tragedy would strike in that his wife and small son would be found and killed by a garrison of Rangers. Farrion would kill all, but suffer great injury in doing so.
Nursed back to health by Mayhoni’s uncle, Farrion would learn the ways of the Dark Ranger of Umbar.
Although not an evil man, Farrion does not actively pursue the Rangers of Ithilien, he does not trust his former people though either. He wanders the lands now aiding those whom would seek it.
He has become a Dark Wanderer of the lands of Arda.
