Well, I married inta the Spudplucker clan, they're about the friendliest folks you'd ever want ta meet. My fella Amadoc's kinda shy, likes to keep to himself in the fields, but he is a kind soul and tries to help out at parties.

I spend a lot of time over on Crickhollow with my sister Neep. Our mum Amaranthie and step-auntie Amabelwyn fancy themselves adventureresses, although if ya ask me'n Neep they're a bit old fer that stuff. Auntie's a real odd duck, but mum always was kinda fierce an' protective. I grew up over in Staddle, as mum had married inta the Swatmidge family there, but me dad drowned in that revolting marsh when me an Neep were babies, and she took us all back to the Shire as soon as she could. Her dad died young too, so there was a lack of manfolk around in all our lives - maybe that's why we all got to adventurin' a little. I'm much more settled down these days!

One thing I do dearly love is a party with dancin' and a story; Miss Acorne throws some wingdingers! My favoritest band is the Breakfast Club, and I could listen ta Miss Twynk all day long or until I died laughin.
