Woodham reveals himself as a Breelander by large parts of his appearance. His relatively long hair and beard bear a dark brown colour and his eyes appear to have a greyish variation of green upon closer inspection. His physical build however is above that of the average Breelander. He has broad shoulders and appears to be built stronger than most people in town. His height clearly surpasses 1,80 meters (six feet), although not by much.

More notable than his natural appearance are his clothes, a clear indicator of wealth held only by a few families in the town of Bree, his being one of them. They are usually of fine make, but his mud stained boots reveal that he does seem to pass through the dirtier parts of town as well. On some occasions he can also be seen wearing a silver chain with a circular pendant. Engraved into the pendant would be a stylized woodcutter's axe, likely a family symbol.

He looks a fair bit older than he actually is on first glance, but hidden behind his thick beard would be the features of a relatively young man, as most could tell.

Background

Woodham can make entirely different impressions depending on the context of the interaction one has with him. Therefore his reputation around Bree-Town is mixed. Some regard him as a cold man, lacking in consideration for the hardship of others while other people find him to be friendly and decent company to share a drink and a hearth with. The first would be an opinion mostly held by those living in his cheaper accomodations which would be not only cheap, but also rather badly looked after, often being the only accomodation the people in question can afford. Among these people it would be known that mister Woodham is lacking in patience for those who are late with their rent, especially if it is not a first time incident.

Most other citizens of Bree may simply know Woodham as the son of his father Eamon Woodham who took over his fathers business and therefore his wealth after the father was permanently injured in a fall. He is seen around town quite frequently, but almost never outside of it. Those who spend much time on the market are likely to have talked to him before, he tends to spend much time there, listening to news from passing merchants and buying goods he needs from the stands of locals.

Some may also know of his expressed distrust to foreigners, particularly those from Dunland. He does not seem overly fond of them, preferring to mingle with locals and Rohirrim instead, the latter having gained his favour due to the good experiences he's had. Despite his apperance, he also doesn't seem to care for the standing of others, caring more for their demeanour instead. He does seem to take a quick dislike to certain kinds of people, though. Mostly those who act like harlots, criminals or in an otherwise dissolute manner.

Those he knows on a personal level he tends to treat more nicely, even when it comes to making business with them. At the same time, he is rather easy to agitate and will then act in a very blunt or harsh manner.
