Appearance:

Enedgil is a tall man whose grey eyes seem to keenly scrutinize his surroundings. He's of a stout build whose toned body are littered with scars. His weather-beaten complexion and travel-stained garments is a clear indication of his wandering ways. However his rough palms indicated hours spent by the forge, using a hammer upon an anvil.

Whenever he travels, he shrouds himself with the travel-stained cloak which is pinned together by the Star of Elendil upon his left shoulder. A quiver filled with arrows along with a neatly carved composite bow can be spotted underneath it.

More often than not, he wields a blade of westernesse steel which has been well maintained and fitted with the Rhiwonnen Crafting Brand just above the handguards. No matter the circumstances he always keep a dagger close at hand.

Rhîwonnen Crafting Brand:
OOC Note: You can find this brand on every weapon that he has crafted.

Background

Enedgil (Sindarin for Middle Star) was born in the winter of 2972 and grew up like the rest of his people; as rangers of the north. He was educated by his father whom mostly keep them on the move. He learned the way of the land and a couple of languages but most important of all; he learned more of his heritage. He was the descendant of the Rhîwonnen bloodline whom have since ages past been masterful craftsmen and more often than not, born during winter. With that in mind, he decided to honour that legacy by picking up the craft known as weaponsmithing. His father humored him by having him taught properly and ventured to Ered Luin where Njorlin of the Blue Mountains took him as his apprentice. The young dúnadan was thus for the first time seperated from his father and with time, the locals of Thorin's Hall often gave him odd glances since it wasn't a common sight for a man to be found among them in Ered Luin.

Dwarves gave compliments to his craft of weapons which gave him a sense of pride for his work. He soon enough learned the way to wield a blade as much as he knew weaponsmithing. Once his apprenticeship was done, Enedgil started to to wander in the wilderness of Eriador and occasionally share meet a few travelers on the road. His father had became a Warden of Annúminas and Enedgil often visits him.

He joined with a group of Rangers and have dwelled with them ever since. The Rangers lead by Archer left to investigate when there were sightings of Angmarins with picks and shovels heading for the Barrow-downs. During the investigation they stumbled upon Ost Gorthad, one of the last refuges in Cardolan before the fall.

While they investigated; Enedgil watched the rear vigilantly while Archer and the Rangers searched the ruins in folly for answers. They found a chest containing a parchment; a few rangers protested against taking the chest so the scroll was read on place before returning.

In greed; a few rangers decided to take the parchment and parts of the chest. Upon discovery, reason made them leave whatever they took yet Wardris felt fury boil inside him. While all rangers left, he stayed behind to guard Ost Gorthad until he've made amends for the disturbance they brought to the ruins.
