Born in Trestlebridge, but raised at Stoneheight, within the North Downs. A peaceful town, known for it's exports in grain, fur and iron. The town is also known for the 'Greenway Guard', guardsmen sworn to defend lands of the North, though mostly Stoneheight and it's merchants and land-owners. Hame was at first a smith, from forging kettle pots and horse shoes, to forging axe heads, swords, spear heads, for the guard. For many years he's beeen forging weapons and armour for the men of the Greenway, even down to Bree, some swords bear his mark. Nothing special, like those forged by dwarves, but his steel held it's own. As time drew on, he went from forging weapons for the folk of the North, to joining the men that guard them, although late in his life, the thought of serving the Mayor, and guarding the townsfolk filled him with pride, and so for a dozen years, he's drilled, trained, patrolled, with the guards, and for a dozen years, he's climbed the ranks.
Every thing changed during the fight at Stoneheight, where he led survivors from the assault to the farms. He was declared Captain, and took it with reluctance to guide his friends to saftey, or die in the attempt.
