Nainsi or Nanny - "Graceful"

If one were to venture into Beggar's Alley, you would be met with those less fortunate than you. Old and young alike, living in dirt and cloth above their heads to keep out the rain. In the grass, children play. They think nothing of the sorrow they are part of, other than their grumbling bellies.
In the field among the children, is a woman who is in her early thirties. She is beautiful if you see it yourself. Her face isn't soft as those foreigners who enter Bree - but defined by sharp bone work. Her grey eyes hold a sadness to them - even when gazing upon the children she bore. The eyelashes are used to tears, and her brows furrowed from troubles no mother should worry about. Her nose has been broken, so it is a little swollen toward the bridge of it. It curves up, barely showing her nostrils. Close below the tip of her nose is her defined cupids bow and lips painted red by constant biting of her own teeth. She will smile, but only to her children. 
Her body - barely kissed by the sun and looking pale -should look thin and emaciated but she gives thanks to the weight gained during her pregnancies. Her weight is held on her ample chest, lower abdomen, hips, and her thighs - her body may look pear shaped. 
Her hair is a darker brown, washed at least twice a week - possibly three - if she is so lucky and normally pulled back in either a loose braid or ponytail. Pieces will fly around the start of her hairline giving her a look of youth.

Nainsi doesn't remember her parents or any family for that matter. All she knows is the alley and the years of hardship it brought her. No work could remove her from the dirty cobblestone and broken homes. She escaped the lusts of men till she reached her late twenties. Nainsi birthed three illegitimate children. A daughter (4) named Flannery with blonde hair and dark brown eyes, a son named Finnegan (2) who has his mother's dark hair and blue eyes, and recently another son named James (2 months).
