Miraline is a thin girl of roughly fourteen years, by her own count. Small even among girls her own age, she -could- be mistaken for being younger. With a dark, disheveled mess of hair framing her dirt-smudged face and naught but tattered, mud-laden (and likely flea-ridden) clothes to serve as her attire, this girl has the wild appearance (and smell) of a street rat.

Her dark green eyes can appear so somber as to perhaps warm the heart of some kind stranger to take pity upon this penniless youth. But for those with a sharp, suspicious eye, the warm, mischievous glint in those deep green pools gives away her more natural demeanor. There is a peculiar grace to the child's movements; certainly not that befitting a young lady, but perhaps more akin to one who is quick on her feet.
