Long before the elves of Middle-earth departed to the West, never to be seen again except through legends and tales, they dwelled in forest cities of unimaginable beauty, a society at once awe-inspiring and secretive, insular. They were one with nature and glowed with the radiance of every twilight, bathed in the dew of every sunrise. Their beauty and their magic were beyond the understanding of mortal men. And among them there were some who shone with light above the rest, like stars with their own orbits. These were the elves in their incandescent days of glory were a beauty unlike anything Middle-earth would ever see again.

So it is told that the High Elves of Eldamar asked for emissaries to represent the elves in the lands of Valinor and of Middle-earth, and to prove their trustworthiness. Three were chosen and among these three was an elf named Elintari.

Elintari in many way differed from the rest of the firstborn kin. Her wonder goes further, becoming adventurous and dares to risk exploring the lands beyond her home. She still perceives the world much like a child does. When she explores Valinor she became even more fascinated with the realm’s purity and light. 

Her drive and desire for new worlds is part of what drives her to cross the Great Sea to Middle-earth: to seek out new lands. Her courage and fiery spirit against all odds is what defines Elintari  among elves.
