Background
Hardwick Thatcher was born to Harold Thatcher and Bonnie Thatcher on September 13th in the year 2999 of the Third Age, the fourth of five children. From a young age, Hardwick's father taught him much in the art of farming, the Thatcher family profession. As he grew older, Hardwick expanded upon his father's instruction and took to cooking in his spare time with his mother.
In the year 3018, Hardwick's father founded the Farmborough Farmers' Market, a small community of farmers and other craftsmen some distance west of Bree. In order to spread word of his father's community, Hardwick often travels to the towns of Bree, Combe, Staddle, and Archet, urging any interested craftsmen to seek out the Farmers' Market for the good of the Bree-folk.
